Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1/3 cup Quaker Rolled Oats
1/3 – 1/2 cup low or non-fat milk
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 banana, mashed
1/2 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. honey
a pinch of salt
a pinch of cinnamon

Procedure

1 Combine all the ingredients in a jar and leave overnight in a refrigerator.
