Herb Oat Mug Bread
8 tbsp Quaker® Instant or Quick Cook Oats
1⁄2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp fine sea salt
Dash of black pepper
1⁄2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1⁄2 tsp dried basil leaves
1⁄4 tsp black sesame seeds
1⁄4 cup soymilk or almond milk
1 egg white
1⁄2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 In a container, mix oats, baking powder, herbs, and sesame seeds. Set aside.
2 In a large mouth microwaveable mug, vigorously whisk together nutmilk, egg white, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add in the oats mixture and mix thoroughly.
3 Microwave on high for 1:45 sec to 2 min. Slice and serve warm with your favorite heart healthy nut butter or plant-based butter
