Oats N’ Mango Breakfast Jar
8 tablespoons Quaker® Instant Oats
1/2 cup nut milk - soy, almond, coconut, pili, hazelnut or macadamia milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for non-dairy alternative, use coco yogurt)
1/2 cup mango, diced
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon almond flakes
1 In a glass or mason jar, soak oats in nut milk and salt overnight.
2 Cut mango into bite sized pieces. Layer oats, mango and yogurt in a tall glass.
3 Drizzle with honey. Top with almond flakes. Garnish with mint leaves.
