Oats N’ Mango Breakfast Jar

Make this sweet, tasty, and healthy overnight oatmeal recipe the evening before. The next day, you can be sure the young ones will be asking for even more.



  • 100 g Quaker® Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup soymilk or milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mango, diced
  • 1/3 cup chopped mandarin oranges
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced apples
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon almond flakes or chopped peanuts (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)


1 The night before

In a glass or mason jar, soak oats in milk and salt overnight.

2 The morning after

Layer oats, mango, apples, mandarin oranges, and yogurt in the glass. Drizzle with honey. Top with almond flakes or peanuts if using. Garnish with mint leaves.
