Seize the Day With Sardines + Oats

In the fast-paced world we live in today, breakfast is usually rushed. We go for all things instant, or we simply microwave whatever food is left in the fridge. But breakfast is the most important meal of the day! We need it to be complete to have a good start to our day.

That’s why Quaker created the Oatsilog — a twist to the Filipino-favorite breakfast silog. It uses yummy, easy-to-cook oats that go well with egg and your choice of toppings. Think of it as a levelled-up silog!

In partnership with, we created a special Oatsilog recipe called the Adobo Sardine Oatsilog. As the name suggests, we’re using sardines as the key ingredient.
