Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

When you think of breakfast, you immediately imagine pancakes. Pancakes that are stacked on a plate, with maple syrup and fruits you prefer and they are just waiting for you to slice and eat them. Yum. But just as you are about to eat it, you remember if it's really healthy.

Well, now you don't have to worry anymore. Try this Banana Oatmeal Pancakes and let us know what you think!



  • 1 packet Quaker flavored instant oatmeal (any flavor)
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup


1 Place all the ingredients in a bowl and blend well.
2 Ladle out a large spoonful of the mixture into a non-stick skillet and cook on a simmering flame.
3 When the pancake is cooked on one side and it moves when you shake the pan, flip the pancake over.
4 When the pancake browns on both sides, dish out the pancake and serve with maple syrup.
