Berry Smoothie

For some people, they need a pick-me-up meal or drink after exercising. If you're part of that "some," this sweet yet healthy recipe will surely bring back the energy you need. And can you really resist a strawberry drink? We think not.



  • 1 cup Cranberry Juice
  • 1 cup Strawberries (Fresh or Frozen)
  • 1 carton of Low-Fat Vanilla yogurt
  • 2/3 cup Quaker Quick Cooking or Old Fashioned Oats, uncooked
  • 3 Tbsps. Quaker Twinkles cereal
  • Some Ice Cubes
  • Sugar or sweetener to taste


1 Put everything in a blender except the ice and blend until smooth.
2 Gradually add the ice and continue blending.
3 Add Quaker Twinkles Cereals as toppings. Serve Immediately.
