Berry Smoothie

For some people, they need a pick-me-up meal or drink after exercising. If you're part of that "some," this sweet yet healthy recipe will surely bring back the energy you need. And can you really resist a strawberry drink? We think not.


1 cup Cranberry Juice
1 cup Strawberries (Fresh or Frozen)
1 carton of Low-Fat Vanilla yogurt
2/3 cup Quaker Quick Cooking or Old Fashioned Oats, uncooked
3 Tbsps. Quaker Twinkles cereal
Some Ice Cubes
Sugar or sweetener to taste


1 Put everything in a blender except the ice and blend until smooth.
2 Gradually add the ice and continue blending.
3 Add Quaker Twinkles Cereals as toppings. Serve Immediately.
