  • 1 1/4 Tbsps. Cocoa powder
  • 7 Tbsps. Quaker Instant Oats
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup water, boiled
  • 1/4 cup low-fat milk, warm


1 In a medium bowl, mix cocoa powder, oats and salt together
2 Pour in water and milk and mix well.
3 Continue stirring and cooking over a high flame until the porridge thickens.
