1 Mix minced chicken with oats, onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and salt in a bowl.
2 Mash the mixture well and divide the mixture into 4 portions.
3 Press out each portion into flat round cutlets.
4 In a non-stick pan, cover and cook a cutlet with ½ teaspoon oil over a simmering flame.
5 Use the remaining oil for cooking the remaining cutlet.
6 Serve hot cutlets with your favorite sauce.
