1 Pre-heat an over to 190°C (375°F).
2 Beat margarine and granulated sugar until creamy.
3 Add eggs, milk and vanilla essence. Beat well.
4 Add flour, baking soda, salt, oats, chocolate pieces.
5 For each cookie, drop a tablespoon of the oat mixture, evenly spaced, onto an ungreased cookie sheet, placed over a baking tray.
6 Bake the cookies for about 9 to 10 minutes or until the cookies are crunchy and brown evenly.
7 Once the cookies are done, let them cool and then transfer them to a wire rack.
