Fruits n’ Oats Parfait
Ingredients
8 tbsp Quaker® Instant, Quick or Rolled Oats
1/4 cup soymilk or almond milk
1/4 cup carabao milk Greek yogurt (vegan option: coco yogurt)
1/4 cup bananas, chopped
1/4 cup fresh pineapples, chopped
1/4 cup apples with skin, chopped
1/2 tbsp coco sugar or 1 sachet Stevia
1/2 tbsp chopped walnuts
3 pcs mint leaves
Procedure

Soak oats in nutmilk overnight.

Mix coco sugar or stevia with yogurt. Alternately layer fruits, oats, nuts, and yogurt in a mason jar or tall glass. Garnish with mint leaves
