Fruits n’ Oats Parfait

Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp Quaker® Instant, Quick or Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup soymilk or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup carabao milk Greek yogurt (vegan option: coco yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup bananas, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapples, chopped
  • 1/4 cup apples with skin, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp coco sugar or 1 sachet Stevia
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 3 pcs mint leaves

Procedure

1 Soak oats in nutmilk overnight.
2 Mix coco sugar or stevia with yogurt. Alternately layer fruits, oats, nuts, and yogurt in a mason jar or tall glass. Garnish with mint leaves
