Fruits n’ Oats Parfait


8 tbsp Quaker® Instant, Quick or Whole Oats
3⁄4 cup soymilk or almond milk
3⁄4 cup carabao milk Greek yogurt (vegan option: coco yogurt)
1⁄4 cup chopped bananas
1⁄4 cup chopped fresh pineapples
1⁄4 cup chopped apples with skin
1⁄2 tbsp coco sugar or 1 sachet Stevia
1⁄2 tbsp chopped walnuts
3 pcs mint leaves


1 Soak oats in nutmilk overnight.
2 Mix coco sugar or stevia with yogurt. Alternately layer fruits, oats, nuts, and yogurt in a mason jar or tall glass. Garnish with mint leaves
