1 Combine the salsa and orange sections in a bowl and refrigerate.
2 Heat an oven to 375ºF and line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
3 Mix the salt; cumin, garlic, and chili powder; and oil in a dish.
4 Add oats and stir evenly until moistened.
5 In another dish, beat the egg and water till frothy.
6 Dip the chicken pieces in the egg mixture and then in the seasoned oats.
7 Place the chicken on the baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
8 Serve it with the salsa and enjoy!
