1 Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl
2 In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients
3 Slowly fold all wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until fully incorporated
4 Take a 12” round tart pan or a 10x10 square baking pan and line with butter
5 Line pan with baking paper
6 Let batter sit for 20-30 minutes
7 Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 325 degrees and another 10 minutes at 350 degrees
8 Cool and cut into desired shapes
9 Serve with a smear of mango jam on top
