Oats Trek Mix
Ingredients
8 tbsp Quaker® Instant Oats
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup nut milk - soy, almond, coconut, pili, hazelnut or macadamia milk
1 tsp raw pumpkin seeds
1 tsp almond flakes
1 tsp walnuts, chopped
1 tsp dried cranberries
1 tsp dark chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut flakes
1/8 tsp sea salt
Procedure

In a microwaveable bowl, mix oats, water, nut milk and salt.

Microwave on high for 30-45 seconds. Let cool.

Top with pumpkin seeds, almonds, walnuts, chocolate chips, dried cranberries and coconut flakes.
