Piña Oats Colada
Ingredients
8 tbsp Quaker® Quick Cook or Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
1/4 cup coconut cream or “gata”
2 tsp coco sugar
1/8 tsp fine sea salt
1/4 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
1 tbsp coco yogurt or carabao yogurt
1/2 tbsp nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecan, pili)
Procedure

In a tall glass, whisk vigorously the pineapple juice, coconut cream, coco sugar, and salt.

Add oats and soak overnight.

Top with fresh pineapple, yogurt, and nuts. Serve.
