Piña Oats Colada


8 tbsp Quaker® Quick Cook or Whole Oats
½ cup Pineapple Juice
¼ cup coconut cream or “gata”
2 tsp coco sugar
1/8 tsp fine sea salt
¼ cup chopped fresh pineapple
1 tbsp coco yogurt or carabao yogurt
½ tbsp nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecan, pili)


1 In a tall glass, whisk vigorously the pineapple juice, coconut cream, coco sugar, and salt.
2 Add oats and soak overnight.
3 Top with fresh pineapple, yogurt, and nuts. Serve.
