Salted Caramel Oats, Apples N’ Nuts



  • 8 tbsp Quaker® Instant Oats
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup Granny Smith apple, diced
  • 2 tbsp almonds
  • 1 tbsp caramel sauce
  • A dash of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (gata)
  • 1 tbsp coco sugar
  • 1 tsp Extra Virgin coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • A dash of salt


1 Prepare the caramel sauce. Place all ingredients into a small saucepan and set over medium heat. Add salt to taste. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir constantly. Simmer until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. Set aside and cool.
2 In a serving bowl, pour hot water over oats. Let stand.
3 Top with apples and nuts then drizzle with caramel sauce. Add a dash of salt before serving.
