Sardines, Onion, & Tomato Oatsilog
Ingredients
2 pcs eggs
1/2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp Oats
1 tbsp chopped tomatoes
1/2 tbsp chopped shallots
2 pcs sardines in tomato sauce, flaked
1 tsp tomato sauce (from sardines)
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped Spring onion, for topping
Procedure

In a mug, beat together eggs, milk and oats.

Add in the rest of the ingredients and season to taste.

Microwave for 1 minute, stir all the ingredients and microwave for another 1 minute.

Top with chopped spring onions. Ready to serve.
