Smoked Fish N’ Oats Bowl


  • 8 tbsp Quaker® Quick Cook Oats
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup nut milk - soy, almond, coconut, pili, hazelnut or macadamia milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp Tinapa (smoked fish) flakes


1 Place oats, water, nut milk, and smoked fish in a microwave safe bowl. Mix thoroughly.
2 Make a well in the center and pour egg.
3 Microwave on high for 2-2.5 minutes. Let stand.
