TROPICAL FRUIT COBBLER

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pineapple cut into chunks
  • 2 large bananas
  • 2 mangoes, diced big
  • 8 large strawberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup guava jam
  • Streusel

    1 cup muscovado sugar

    1 cup all-purpose flour

    1/2 cup Quaker Rolled Oats

    1/8 tsp fine salt

    1/2 cup unsalted butter (frozen)

Procedure

1 Take all the fruits and place all in a cast iron pan or ceramic pot and heat slowly for about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
2 Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and slowly “cut” the butter into the mixture.
3 Place streusel on top of the mixture and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown.
