8 tbsp Quaker® Instant, Quick or Whole Oats
3⁄4 cup soymilk or coconut milk
1/8 tsp fine sea salt
1 tbsp raisins
1 1⁄4 cup coco yogurt
1⁄2 tbsp coco sugar or 1 sachet Stevia
1⁄4 cup sliced banana
1⁄4 cup chopped mango
1⁄4 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1⁄4 cup papaya cut into bite sized pieces
1⁄4 cup coconut flakes
1/8 tsp black sesame seeds
1 In a mason jar or tall glass, soak oats in coconut milk overnight.
2 Add fruits and raisins. Season with salt. Mix well.
3 In a separate container, mix yoghurt and coco sugar or Stevia. Spoon on top of oat mix.
4 Top with coconut flakes then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
